The beach chair apartment in the penthouses of Villa Allegra was completed in February 2015. This approximately 65m ² luxury apartment offers every comfort. The spacious, high-quality kitchen with microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine etc. leaves nothing to be desired. The light-filled apartment includes a chic sofa, which you can transform in a handle in a comfortable sofa bed. You will also find a large dining table with leather chairs, side table and 3 modern armchairs. For your entertainment there is an HD 3D Smart TV, a 3D DVD player, a music stereo and free Wi-Fi. From the small, very cozy balcony you can enjoy unforgettable evenings with a unique view over the rooftops of Binz with impressive sunsets on Lake Schmachter. In the separate, individually designed bedroom with TV and integrated DVD player is a box spring double bed (2 x 0,90m x 2,00m) for the highest standards of a relaxed night's sleep. The bathroom with shower is elegantly decorated with light marble and underfloor heating. In the hallway is a large cloakroom wardrobe and a designer wardrobe. The apartment includes a storage room for suitcases, boots, sand toys, etc. The linen package can be booked for a fee.

The new Villa Allegra in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz offers you very modern and elegantly furnished two- and three-room apartments. The size of the apartments varies between 39 and 110 m².  All apartments have a spacious and bright living room with integrated open kitchen. The comfortable modern sofa in the living room can be used partly as a sleeping accommodation. The separate, beautifully designed bedrooms / bedrooms have a z. T. Boxspring beds with bedside tables, the windows are provided with blackout pleats and / or blackout curtains. The bathrooms are high quality with marble, modern and very elegant. Each apartment is accessible by lift. Each apartment has a parking space for your car. Outside there is a covered, lockable Fahrradunterstellplatz (limited capacity). Washer and dryer in the house. free wifi, no apartment on the ground floor, sauna in the house. For those who like a relaxed arrival and departure, we offer not to put the day of the trip on the weekend. To avoid long waiting times and traffic jams.   On Saturday we try to make the apartments ready for you by 3 pm, if we can not make it, we ask for your understanding.
