Room wasn't really clean. Had no garbage can. We stayed 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned. We had to take dirty towels to front desk and get clean ones every day. Do not recommend.

The staff was extremely nice, and the room was a lot nicer than I expected. We were only there to sleep on our trip to the beach. My only complaint, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable.

It was okay. They tried to give us a room that smelt like cigarette smoke as soon as you walked in door that suppose to been non smoking. Bed however was comfortable but didn’t seem like they changed the bedding, we had stains on blanket. When asking for new bed linen the lady who got on shift had a bad attitude about it. Our room smelt like straight up cologne like they just sprayed it to cover up a certain smell. Silver ware was not clean and had food left on them that hardened. Fridge didn’t work but freezer did. It was okay but definitely not worth $140+ for one night.

Room was not cleaned properly as dust was on most places, toilet underneath rim was visible unclean, the luggage dollies were covered with pet hairs and unclean covering. This was our worst experience with a hotel and IHG.

Good stay

I stayed at a different hotel different that usual when I traveled to AL recently. It is an older hotel but nicely maintained. Clean linens, clean bathroom, friendly staff. I like that room includes kitchenette area. I wasn't expecting the $75.00 refundable deposit required at check in (perhaps this was required because I booked through a hotel booking site & not directly with hotel). I disliked my room being located right outside the elevators. I could've requested a different room but opted not to. Also the hotel clerk informed me there was no complimentary breakfast served. I liked them having a "store" to purchase food & drink items. Hotel is centrally located to shopping places, restaurants, & other entertainment. Overall good stay, would likely recommend to others & stay again.

We stayed two nights and the over all stay was good. The guest service was extremely nice and helpful. However, the water pressure in the shower was HORRIBLE, my daughter and I had to literally rinse our hair under the bath faucet. We couldn’t change the settings on the shower faucet so it was just droplets of water coming out. The second night the microwave and refrigerator quit working, and it was steaming hot in our room.

Must have flooded, the whole time we stayed the first floor had fans blowing, you couldn’t even hear yourself think. They were repaving the parking lot and so parking kept changing and it was hard to find a spot. And our room felt and smelled damp!
