Schöne Unterkunft in der man paar Tage entspannen kann. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, flacht aber sehr ab, was für Kinder ok ist beim schwimmen aber eher hinderlich. Der Wellnessbereich hat u. a. eine Textil, eine Dampfsauna und einen großen Ruhebereich. Unser Zimmer inkl. Bad war sehr großzügig und sauber. Bei Anliegen an das Personal wurde sofort reagiert und es erledigt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und schmackhaft, über das Abendessen kann ich nicht sagen da wir keine HP gebucht hatten. Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

Rezeption nach 17 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt. Die Zimmerkarte erhält man nach Umherirren im Hotel durch eine Servicekraft. Hier wäre eine Info dazu am Empfang wünschenswert gewesen. Der Wellnessbereich ist soweit i.O. Rotlichtkabinen jedoch weiterhin außer Betrieb. Im Ruhebereich Deckenabdeckung aus Stoff durch Wasserschaden beschädigt. Sitzpolster verschmutzt. Den muffigen schlechten Geruch kann ich nur bestätigen. Die Auslegeware auf dem Gang scheint sehr in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Im Zimmer dazu eine provisorisch schön gemachte Außenwand welche durch Feuchtigkeit odgl erneut zu blühen begann. Erklärte somit den schimmligen Geruch.

Zuwenig Personal, Rezeption nicht besetzt. Sehr große Anlage, Außenanlagen sehr vernachlässigt. Innen viele Wasserschäden in den Decken sichtbar. Zimmerkarten funktionieren öfter nicht, schwierig wenn dann kein Personal mehr da ist und Notdienst nicht erreichbar. Essen okay, allerdings Buffet recht lieblos. Dessert nur Eis zur Selbstentnahme.
