Door on bathroom warped,would not close easily. General condition of room tired and old . Maid burst into room (07:20) without knocking and again at 08:30. Claimed to be seeing if it was ready to clean . Paid nearly £40 for a breakfast in a restaurant where we had to lay the table ourselves. What has happened to the Radisson reputation for excellence?

Had two stays at Raddison Blu on recent trip. Food and beverage staff unhelpfull, grumpy and not polite. Food overprices as at most airport hotels but quality and quantity also poor. Had pre paid for breakfast but breakfast hall was very late opening preventing us having any more tgan a rushed snack . A stressfull start to a long day.

Convenient if you have a really early flight from Stansted as it is a very short walk to the terminal. I booked a runway view room but I wasn't lucky enough to actually see any runway action from the planes. In fact it was completely empty in my view and I could only see planes parked far in the distance. It was more of a “plane parking view” rather than a “runway view”

The hotel was expensive for our one night stay in my opinion, yes it is very convenient but that is all. The rooms were very much in need of renovating, the only thing fit for purpose were the clean white sheets! The rest of the room was so tired & neglected felt dirty. The staff were friendly & polite,
