We were there for a short overnight stay but the floors weren't clean and the room had an odor. We didn't switch rooms because it was late and we were getting up the next morning to leave.

Hotel was clean, offered breakfast, had pleasant reception staff. Room had fun decor, netflix, and loved the fact that they use refillable shampoo, soap, body wash, etc vs the bar soaps and individual bottles which are often wasted after only a few uses.

Perfection

We stayed two nights to visit family and college tours. We were greeted by friendly staff at the front desk. Our room was perfect and so comfy. Breakfast in the morning was the right combination and the staff again so helpful. We left items in our room. We didn’t realize they were missing til we got home and they will be shipped to us Monday morning. All we had to do was send a shipping label to them. After a long week and trip this room was our favorite and will 100% be staying next time we visit family.

Great newer ( 5 years) hotel. Everything was nice and easy. Parking super easy and free. Loved the free billiards table in the lobby. That was a nice extra most places don’t offer. And even though we didn’t use it, the pool was open til midnight which is another nice perk.

This was my first time staying at a Tru by Hilton. The room was a bit more cramped than I expected but there wre a few nice amenities in the lobby. Breakfast had fewer items than similar places that I have stayed that are comparable in price. The hotel was fine and was what we needed for a one night stay. Not much to do around the hotel itself but town was not too far away. Overall, a good place to stay while you are on the road.
