You enter the apartment and are immediately impressed by the charm of this friendly and extremely high-quality apartment.
The living room impresses with its spaciousness and includes a living area with a pull-out sofa bed, a stressless recliner and a huge flat-screen television. For music enjoyment there is a stereo system with internet radio, DVD, USB and Bluray player.
Next to it there is a cozy dining area with a large dining table and four comfortable swing chairs.
The adjoining kitchen is equipped with all comforts, such as 4-zone induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, egg cooker, toaster, kettle. The highlight is the extractor hood above the hob to the dining area.
Experience fantastic sunsets with an unobstructed view on the equipped balcony with four chairs and a table without being visible from side balconies.
In the cold season, after long walks, you can warm yourself by the fireplace and watch the flaming fire from all sides.
The bathroom, flooded with light through a window, is equipped with a recessed sink and large wall mirror. There is also underfloor heating, towel radiators, toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and a walk-in floor shower.
There are cupboards with enough space in the bedroom for your laundry. Another LED television awaits you on the wall for evening entertainment. In the double bed you can relax on top-quality intervertebral disc mattresses with adjustable slatted frames. Separate reading lights are a given.
