We chose this hotel because of the spa as we were going to do a lot of hiking and walking the city on the Sunday and then have a spa day on the Monday. We the found out that the spa was closed for cleaning on the Monday. There was no mention of this when booking and this ruined our experience as the spa was the whole point of the trip. We were also very disappointed at the management staff because they refused to come and speak to us even after 3 attempts. The front desk staff and the porter lied to us saying the manager was not in the office when it was obvious that they were.

We loved the hotel and immediately booked another stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were courteous, and the lobby was a comfortable space to hang out after check out. The pool is delicious and long enough for a swim work out, and the spa also has a steam room and a sauna (heads up: you need a swim cap or they'll sell you one for about $2 USD). I never checked out the gym but they have one. The breakfast buffet was really good. We had a great experience and will definitely return when in Bogota. Constructive feedback: It would be nice that the pool/spa and gym were available longer hours on Sundays, and the shower is not well designed to drain properly. Overall, we had a great experience though.
