The property needs a face lift. Pool area is really worn & not clean. Needs maintenance & cleaning. Bed was worn. Shower rod was broken…. Staff was helpful, but the facility is in need of help!!!

I would have definitely went and stayed somewhere else. Had it not been so late when I checked in. There was a sign at the front counter, saying that water may be rusty. If so, just run the water. I didn’t think anything of it only because I figured something like this might have been a one off deal but long behold I get to my room to shower after a long day and the water is completely brown as if it was chocolate milk after about 10 minutes. The water cleared up, but during that 10 minutes I had time to actually look at the room and realize how disgusting and dirty. It was. There were stains on the couch and stains on the carpet. This place was absolutely disgusting and again had it not been so late that I checked in and had I not have a flight to catch at 4 AM I would’ve left and or wanted to discuss this with somebody at the front counter.

The carpet was black. It made the floors in the bathroom black the housekeeping was terrible. They would only give us two towels at a time and we had to switch our old ones. We were in a room that could fit five people. The office management came in and yelled at us because there was a smell coming from our room which was the rotten carpet because their carpet was disgusting and rotten. The staff there is lazy. They don’t wanna do anything. They don’t wanna help anybody they’re rude. They’re hot tubs old their sauna doesn’t work. This is the most inconvenient and unsanitary horrific place. I’ve ever been these people are trash. Don’t go here.

The hotel was in a quite location with plenty of parking. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, The bed had very few blankets and the bed sheets were full of static electricity, and I got shocked getting in and out of the bed. The shower curtain was way to small to keep water from getting on the floor. The TV was outdated.

Nice staff, poor property

This hotel is old and not well maintained. Piles of old beds and wood on the back of the property that we could see from our room. Furniture was dirty and beat up and light switch in bathroom didn't work, so the light couldn't be turned off
