We stayed here twice, once on the way to OR and then again on the way back. We specifically chose this hotel because they were dog friendly, which they were the first stay. We told them we had a small dog and there was never any mention of an additional charge for the dog. However, on the way back, when checking in I again mentioned that we had a small dog and was informed that we would be billed an additional $100.00 for the dog. We argued that was not the case the first time, to no avail. Really left a bad taste for the experience. We could have easily "snuck" the dog in and no one would have been the wiser, but in being honest, you get penalized with an erroneous charge that seems to be very arbitrary depending on who is checking you in.

Room is stained and doors broken, first floor has outdoor lighting shining in the window, tons of AC noise, too much noise from the hallway. Save yourself some cash and hit the la quinta instead, it's nicer, quieter, and just down the street.

It was quiet. Front desk ladies very nice! Toilet in our room not being cleaned well!!!! In the upper bowl area. Elevators not kept vacuumed! It was a quiet sleep once you could turn off the air conditioning!!!!

Mostly good. The room was spacious and seemed clean. The bathroom was clean except someone's shaver was in the shower. Yuck. Not sure how the cleaning staff missed that. The breakfast was disappointing, at best. It was nicely presented, but options were very limited. A large bowl of yogurt was available, but no individual containers of yogurt and no flavors other than vanilla. The cut fresh fruit looked very sad and limp. Only instant oatmeal. Scrambled eggs and biscuits, but no meat. Overall, the breakfast wasnt very exciting or inviting. Again, good (not excellent) experience overall.
