While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!
Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available.
Vacationers flock year round to the Bonita Beach and Tennis Club because of its amazing location to our beautiful Gulf beaches - literally right across the street! In this newly remodeled and redecorated studio, you will enjoy easy access to not only the beach, but two of the neighborhood's favorite restaurants, and our two community pools.
The beautifully designed studio floorplan boasts an open kitchen, dining, and living/sleeping area.
The living area includes full-sized dining for 4, sofa, side chairs and flat screen TV with HOA provided cable. The full glass sliding doors in the living area opens to the screen enclosed lanai, which is furnished with a bistro set for 2.
While many units accommodate 4 guests, someone gets stuck on the sleeper sofa - but not here! The sleeping area offers two Queen size beds, meaning everyone enjoys a comfortable night's sleep; the beds are freshly made for your arrival with provided linens. A ceiling fan helps keep air circulated over the beds, a large closet is provided for your belongings and a well-lit desk/vanity space is provided should you need space to work or get ready.
The completely remodeled bathroom comes with a fully tiled, oversized shower and expanded vanity counter. Bath and beach towels are included during your stay.
The kitchen in this condo exceeds what you may expect in a studio space with granite counters, farmhouse sink, full size French door refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Cookware, dinnerware and several small electrical kitchen appliances are included as well.
Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.
Self check-in with keyless entry allows you to come and go as you wish, with no keys to keep track of during your stay.
Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.

While the newly reopened Beach and Tennis Club is currently not offering tennis, its unprecedented access and proximity to some of SW Florida's award-winning beaches still make it a highly desired vacation destination! This property is directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding and kayaking. You'll be close to some of Bonita Beach's favorite restaurants including Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jacks & The Fish House.
Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to your north you will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a half hour of the condo complex you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!

This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.
