This Bonita Shores property is only 1.5 miles from Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach. There are numerous great restaurants, bars and ice cream shops (walking distance) that are within 0.5 to 2 miles. The Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers is only a 30-minute drive. Once you arrive to the Private Palm Oasis in the Bonita Shore neighborhood, you can spend your days at your own private pool/spa oasis, go to one of the many prestine powder white sand beaches, go to local restaurants in the area or close by in Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers area, with almost everything being within 5 minutes to no more than 30 minutes away.

A truly private backyard oasis that is surrounded by palms, flowering trees and lush green vegitation. Enjoy the salt water heated pool that is a comfortable 88 degrees with built in bench seating the full width of the deep end of the pool. Relax in the spa that is heated to 102-degree with jets and water that overflows into the pool.

The screen caged pool area includes 4 lounge chairs, outdoor dining table for 6, sectional seating with table and ottoman/chairs for 6. The 55" Smart TV is viewable from the entire pool area. Relax in the hammock and hammock chair. Grill meals with the Weber stainless steel propane gas grill. Rinse off with a convenient outdoor shower.

There is a large private fenced area on the west side of the home that is perfect for pets and playing yard games. LED lights to illuminate as needed at night.

High-speed Wi-Fi Internet throughout house with up to 1Gbps speed from Xfinity/Comcast. 75" smart TV indoors & 55" smart TV outdoors with Xfinity cable.

Kitchen/Living Area:
The house features an open floor plan with 3 large sliding glass doors that fully retract to allow flowing indoor/outdoor living. A large granite countertop kitchen island that seats 8 people along with a counter height dining table that seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances including a wine cooler, blender, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker and toaster. An iPad is available for use.

Living Room Area:
The living room features a leather sectional sofa with 3 power recliners and electrical outlets and/or USB charges for every seating position. The 75" Smart TV is viewable from the entire living area and includes a JBL Bar 1300 X sound bar sound bar with subwoofer & detachable rear/remote speakers for enjoying movies and music. The living area also includes a futon with armrest/drink holders and a marble table that comfortably accommodates a laptop.

We've rented quite a few vacation homes in Florida over the years, but Palm Oasis truly stood out as exceptional.From the moment we stepped inside, it didn't feel like a typical rental property; it genuinely felt like we were staying in someone's home. Host was extremely welcoming! House was spectacular! Beautiful corner unit. House felt brand new with everything you would need for your stay. The outdoor living space was our favorite! The heated pool and hot tub were amazing. 10 minute drive to multiple beaches and close to downtown Naples for shopping and restaurants. Easy 30 minute drive to RSW Airport. 10 out of 10 and we can’t wait to stay there again!

Our stay could not have been any better. Everything about the place is as described and it was beautiful. Very well maintained and very clean! The personal touches show that the hosts actually care about your comfort. I am going to have to go blanket shopping as the I miss the throws they have. We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals over the years and I would put this one at top. Marty was also wonderful to deal with. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a perfect home to relax and have a good time. Also the fact my 2 little dogs were allowed to join us makes it very pet friendly.

A lot of places say they are dog friendly, but this place is above and beyond! Stocked treats in the kitchen, extra leashes by the door and one of the best stocked houses for people too! Great Place

We just did a one night stay, just a few friends. Communication with host was excellent. The welcome packet at house was very informative and provided many places to eat and visit. We loved everything this home offered! The pool, jacuzzi and outdoor area was absolutely fabulous. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen that had everything we needed. I went with my family and my dog to spend two days in Naples, we had an amazing time in this house, everything is clean and organized, the house is just as described on the website, the host is very attentive and helpful. The pool and all the outdoor area is perfect and the house is very close to the beach, they have 4 bikes in the garage and we used them to get to the beach, there are dog bowls, dog toys and dog treats! It’s really everything we needed for our family getaway! Thank you! We will be back!

The house was better than advertised. Very nicely furnished and updated. The outdoor area was our favorite part with a nice heated pool, hot tub and lots of comfortable seating to hang outside with family or friends.
