The chef of your group will delight in cooking amongst the gleaming granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the full kitchen. Off this space, appreciate having access to a designated office space and a washer/dryer. Ensuring your every comfort is meant, this home is equipped with central air-conditioning and showcases sizable bedrooms and bathrooms.

As evening nears, head for the enclosed patio and enjoy watching the vibrant orange, pink, and yellow hues of the sunset fill the night sky.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This vacation rental requires the completion of an application requiring sensitive information to be submitted directly to the HOA within three days of booking.
There is an optional membership transfer available for the Highland Woods Golf and Country Club for an additional fee that guests pay directly to the club. The following amenities are only available if the guest pays for the transfer: Dining rooms, bocce, tennis, additional swimming pools, and a fitness center.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
