Welcome to our Bonita Beach Bungalow in Wild Pines at Bonita Bay. Completely renovated top to bottom. This rare 10’ vaulted ceiling unit with elevator access is sure to please. You will be impressed with its coastal charm, cleanliness, and open concept. Freshly painted in today’s colors makes the interior bright and cheery. Rest easy in all the new furniture, queen size sofa, and comfy arm chair while watching a full selection of cable TV on a 50” screen, along with free high-speed wireless internet. Gather around the dining area with seating for 4, or delight in a meal alfresco on the screened Lanai. The Lanai floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in both rooms offer secluded unobstructed views for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The master bedroom has a king size bed with luxury linens, wall mounted TV and access to Lanai. The bath has a new shower with sliding glass doors, new vanity, toilet, and a washer and dryer. Our bright kitchen with white cabinetry, granite counters, and all new stainless appliances is fully equipped for all your meal preparations and grilling. Location in Bonita Springs was optimal with access to great restaurants, nice public golf courses, theaters & a beautifully renovated beach pavilion. Bonita Bay offers a private beach with a shuttle service on the hour. Very nice condo, well stocked & a beautiful view from the lanai off of the family room & bedroom. We highly recommend!

Bonita Bay is beautiful and the condo was nice except for the couch. The couch needs to be replaced, it sags in the middle and is very uncomfortable. The walking are second to none. Overall a great place to stay.

The unit was perfect neat and clean as pin. Everything was there for us and our stay. We loved the beach shuttle and the community that surrounds wild pines. If we could suggest one thing, two beach chairs and a couple of beach towels available as we were able to access lovers key part of the time. We had to rent at docs for the other times. Otherwise we recommend this property a 10 out of ten!!’

2Week Getaway

This condo is just right for 2 adults. Clean, perfect location in Wild Pines for the pool and community grilles. Owners very responsive to questions. We had zero issues with the condo. So much to do in Bonita Springs/Naples area. But for us to be able to get a walk in early, do an activity and visit the pool each day was what we needed to get away from the cold Michigan weather. Already booked for 2026!

New Years Winter Escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bonita Bay. The condo was exactly as described and very clean.The location is excellent and the neighborhood amenities are exceptional. I took advantage of the running trails. Unfortunately the clubhouse hot tub was not working as this is a must for my wife when traveling on vacation. The condo backs up to the golf clubhouse, so be prepared for an early morning wake-up from the golf course maintenance crew (mower, leaf blower) but that's to be expected in a golf community. We would definitely stay here again.
