Reserved a king and pullout sofa, and got a rollaway bed. The room was on the 2nd floor and too close to the fitness center and grab and go breakfast area. Constant noise day and night. The heat sounded like a running tub and shut on and off all night. Not recommended for business or pleasure travel.

My overall stay was good. Check in was really smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a little dated and the heater was extremely loud when it comes on. Other than that, It was a pretty solid stay.

The paint was pealing on the bathroom tub. I called the day before my arrival day to push arrival to the following day. The attendat listed me as a no-show. Thankfully the manager resolved the situation the day after my arrival.

As a consultant who has stayed in many hotels, domestically and internationally; and regardless of the rating of a hotel, it has been my experience the one thing you cannot control is the caliber of the staff. The staff here is a cut above the rest. They know exactly what to do, in any and every situation. Across the board, they all display a wonderful hospitable demeanor—and as a result, you enjoy a memorable and unforgettable experience. I was in the city for a very challenging situation, it was about 0 degrees outside, but you would never know it. There was an exceptional Japanese restaurant on the main floor, and the warm, healthy food was just what was needed to offset the weather outside. The same could be said for the other onsite excellent restaurant that provided the morning breakfast. My room had a view of the Charles River, and it snowed so that made the view even more beautiful. I was perfectly pleased. This staff went above and beyond (in a number of ways) to ensure I had a perfect stay. Every time I returned to the hotel after a taxing day; I was ‘delightfully restored.’ Any time—and every time—you travel to Boston; this is the only place you need for a hotel stay. Hope you agree the staff is what makes a hotel memorable, and the staff here is their differentiated value proposition. They have been well-trained, and they know hospitality. They go well beyond what you might need for an uplifting and unforgettable stay. Enjoy your stay in Boston.
