This was my first visit to the Embassy Suits, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was great, the service was excellent, and everything went perfectly during my stay. My suite was beautiful, and the view along with the pool made the experience even more enjoyable. I’m glad everything went so well and would highly recommend this hotel.

This is just awful! They put me in a really cold room. The temperature doesn't rise above 64 Celsius. The staff doesn't respond to any questions, they don't fix it, and they don't move me to another room! I'm just furious.

The original room we had the heat did not work. Front desk people said they would bring more blankets. We were persistent and finally got a room change. One of the elevators smelled of urine with splatters on the glass in the elevator.

We had hair in our shower, the bathroom door broke and locked my friend inside, there was no shampoo or conditioner in our room, there was hair all over our beds, and we were not told of the ice machines not working until we asked about it.
