1. Pile of soiled towels and used menstrual pad outside our room at checkin early evening. After 2 calls and couple hours and dinner, we returned to room and still there. Disgusting. 2. Safe didnt work and didnt send anyone. Gave up after a day. 3. Overall very old and dirty. 4. Food at restaurant was ok: 5. Breakfast was average but very ling wait to get omelettes. Needed two cooks. 6. This embassey Suites us far below all other Embassey Suites. 7. This is a 2 star hotel not a 3 or 4.

Hotel was nice although the housekeeping of the common areas really needs some work. There were still remnants of a large conference that had taken place the night before. Carpets in common areas and stairs and floor leading to pool needed attention.

The property is very clean and very nice. I did not get over to the pool, but from the looks of it it was very nice. The only thing that was subpar was the free breakfast. Definitely nothing like it was years ago. They did offer omelettes made to order.

People at the front desk were friendly and helpful, as were any staff regarding towels or other needs. The room was comfortable, but ready for upgrades. There is some noise if you are on the sections facing into the middle of the building, so ask for a back room if you need quiet. Overall, welcoming and you get extra benefits being a Hilton Honors member, which is free. Great location for Uber or friends picking you up, since so close to interstate. I would stay again, particularly if traveling alone.

Not the best customer service experience. From the front desk to housekeeping, it felt like there was a lack of care. When I arrived at my room, there were no towels, and I had to ask for hand soap and additional toilet paper. Hotel en proceso de mejoras en su instalación.

Empleados amigables pero muy lentos en su servicio en limpieza. Nuestra sábana tenía una mancha de sangre y nunca la cambiaron. Él building está haciendo mejoras al Hotel y eso lo pudimos notar. Cambiaron los colchones, y cuando cambiaron el nuestro ahí cambiaron nuestras sábanas. Un día antes de irnos. El cuarto estaba limpio pero, se veía el mal estado en sus paredes. Aún así recalco que se ve, están haciendo mejoras en todo el hotel. La piscina estaba sucia. Un olor a cloro exagerado. El “SPA” que dice tener ya no existe.
