Check-in wasnt friendly at all but no biggie. After driving all day, we were happy to be out of the car. After we got to the room we noticed there were no sheets for the pull out. Not a problem, called down to the front desk to ask for sheets and 2 towels. We only had 2 in the room for a group of 4. Was told they'll take care of things, hours later, 2 calls and a visit down we were told soon. In the end, 4 hours later we ended up borrowing towels and sheets from people on our floor. Update - just got a blanket and 1 towel, 4 and half hours later. Hopefully, after some sleep, breakfast will be better.

Great place for Family and Friends

First, the front desk attendant, named Danny, was incredibly helpful and kind. Even though he was busy, he took the time to assist us with our first room's air conditioning issues and ensured that we had everything we needed. Danny made us feel comfortable and welcomed.

I specifically called the day before check-in to make sure the pool was open. The pool is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. We were assured it would be open when we arrived. When we arrived, we found that the pool was closed for maintenance. They could've told me that when I called. Very upsetting!
