I called a number of times at airport Terminal A for the shuttlebus to help pickup to hotel and never got answers. Other people waiting for shuttle service for hours and couldn't get ride. We ended taking taxi to the hotel.

The system seems to be old. I stayed at the Hampton Inn Marlborough just 2 days before I stayed at the Hampton Inn Logan airport and while I booked thru third party for both locations, only the Marlborough front desk (Michelle) instantly got me my Hilton honor points simply by looking up my name. The Logan location was lazy enough and gave me some stupid excuse.

Pros- conveniently located to attractions in Boston. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Pool was clean. Cons- wasn’t expecting to pay $30/day for parking . Unexpected and frankly never experienced that at a hotel I was staying at. I thought it was excessive. Otherwise it was a decent stay and staff was kind.

This hotel was close to Boston Logan airport, and was needed for an overnight stay between flights. The airport shuttle was very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The condition was good, with only one item - a towel shelf was ready to fall out of the wall, which was reported to the front desk upon check-out. The breakfast was fairly standard for this type of hotel, with plenty of options, adequate seating, and a quiet atmosphere. The internet, however, was terrible. It was easy enough to connect, but the connection dropped continously, at intervals of 30 seconds to 3 minutes. This happened even at 3:00 AM, when theoretically the number of people accessing the internet is less. And, while we didn't drive to the hotel, there appears to be a $20/day parking fee. If I'm giving the hotel my business, charging additional amounts to even travel to the hotel, I find ridiculous.

The room was clean and spacious but very dark. The swimming pool deck was crumbly and the hot tub was closed due to need for repairs as was the shower. The shuttle drivers were unfriendly close to rude. Elevators were extremely slow.

I did not like that the tub did not drain and I was showering with dirty water at my ankles. I did not like the flashing light outside of my window which was a security light and the office desk light kept flickering. When I stopped by the desk at 3am today the guy told me he was too busy to handle my complaint. I expect Hampton Inn where I always stay to refund me this nights stay.

Front desk personnel were on phone with guests at BOTH check in and check out causing multiple in house guests to wait quite a while. The single front desk person could not handle phone calls AND front desk guests. Absolutely need more than one staff at front desk.

No advance warning airport shuttle at night only stops on second level departures instead of arrivals by baggage. Waited an hour, then called hotel. Very frustrating due to time of night and first visit. Friendly checkin staff but there was a crowd of people and only one desk clerk.

Our booked room was not available

I booked the hotel for my wife and kids who were coming from San Francisco late at night. I wanted to make sure they have a hotel. I booked a room with 2 queen beds for 4 people and paid 4 days prior to check in. When my wife and kids and my mother-in-law went to check in, they were given a room with single bed and were told that they have no more rooms cause they are checking in late and the booked room is not available. Excuse me, I dont care what time we check in, if we paid for one of your big rooms with 2 queen for 4 people, you have to provide it, no matter we check in late or not because it has already been paid for. My wife, mother-in-law and 2 kids had a very poor night, cause 2 adults ended up sleeping on the floor on nothing, not even a blanket. It is not a good service, and they blame it on Hotels.com which I also will send a complain to. I was really pissed with this service, and although the manager tried to patch it up with 10.000 points, it will not justify any of the above. It will definitely affect my future bookings in Hilton hotels and through Hotels.com. And I will also reconsider my membership.
