I liked convenience of it being xlose to the Convention Center and some of the events being in the hotel made it even more worth it to stay here. The coffee shop and breakfast was very convienient for rushed mornings and the concierge accepted food deliveries.

The front desk associate was rude. The food was beyond awful. The bartender in the restaurant was rude and very short. We paid through an online travel system and paid in full. Still received an additional night stay charge on the card left for incidentals. Called 4 times and each time was hung up on after being transferred to the “front desk”. Finally got ahold of someone about the over charge and she was short, super rude and when I told her I thought she was being short and rude. She said “ oh well” and hung up. The parking lot machine wasn’t working so attendant made us wait :30 min before we could park and was very short with us despite us being patient and trying to joke around with him. I rarely stay at anything other than a Marriott property and I 100% regret staying at this hotel. Just stay across the street at the Westin. Beyond disappointing in every single aspect.

Great location for conventions and Seaport.

Stayed here for a conference at the convention center across the street. Location was excellent, the hotel was clean and I would definitely repeat staying here.

Loved this hotel for my first time in Boston. As a solo traveler I felt very safe and taken care of. Dining options were abundant and the hotel has lovely options as well if you don’t want to take the shirt walk to other options. Room was luxurious and had all the amenities.

I thought the hotel was overpriced for the service and amenities. Had challenges with WiFi and was told the hotel’s WiFi didn’t work for laptops? WHAT? At a hotel across from the conference center? Restaurants and room service were not consistent with the hours listed. It was frustrating to come back to your room hungry and expect to be able to order food only be told “oh well.” If you’re attending a conference, the location is probably worth it as you can walk across the street to the conference center, but don’t expect much else. The service and amenities are quite mediocre and if you expect to get work done at a conference hotel, adjust your expectations.

The location was right. The rooms are tiny but as pictured and described. There is barely any room for two people to stand on the sides of the beds. Not a bad place to crash for a night. No table to sit and work if that is needed on your trip. They gave a voucher for $20 but that's only valid after from noon on the day of check-out. Who would go back to the bar after you check-out?

I had to wait for a room to be ready bc I didn't have any 'status'. I am Platinum and diamond elsewhere but i thought I got a great deal on Hotels com but the crazy convention ctr taxes and "destination fee" kinda killed the "deal". So it ended up being slightly higher priced than expected (whereas the chains include those prices in their quotes). So I was caugh slightly off-guard, but the place is very nice, brand new and BIG! Expensive valet! Even though the self-park is connected, so save yourself some $.
