The modern furnished Villa RA is ideal for a family vacation, but also for guests who want to relax and enjoy a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.
This exquisite house is modern, comfortable and full of light. The downstairs open space has a large mezzanine, fireplace and a big table perfect for eating dinner all together.
The house is perfect for 8 to 13 people and has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sauna, underfloor heating throughout the house.
The house is ideal for a group of friends as well as for families with children. For the youngest guests we have prepared a wooden baby crib, a room with 2 bunk beds, where they will find blocks, puzzles, toys. We also have children's accessories: 2 high chairs, platform, potty, toilet seat, bathtub, colorful plates and cutlery.
The place is ideal for relaxation, the garden is very large, has 2000m2, the area is very peaceful, from the terrace you can see meadows and fields, where deer run, cranes walk, storks fly. The nearest beach is 3,5 km away.
Our Villa is located in Kołczewo, a very quiet place in Poland on the Wolin Island. The village where Villa RA is located is only 3.5 km from the Baltic coast. The nearby beaches make an exceptionally quiet rest and fantastic views! Almost directly in front of the door there is the Kołczewo Lake, from where you can cycle to the Bison Reserve. Just 1.5 kilometers from the villa is the internationally renowned golf club Amber Baltic. The Woliner National Park starts 3km from the house.
