The Hotel was convenient to Mammoth Cave. The room was clean. My main complaint was the lack of breakfast options. It was very limited and included waffles, raisin bran and froot loops, apples, and peach yogurt. It would have been great to have protein, but there wasn't even peanut butter.

Super close to all the caverns in the area. Very quiet. The breakfast left a little to be desired, could use a few more options like eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. Staff was incredibly friendly. Very clean but the air freshener/sprays used were VERY strong and irritating to my senses. Mirror and tub faucet were needing some updating. Overall pretty decent place to stay.

I had an extremely poor experience at this location without any resolution from management. I entered the room which had an extremely strong burning rubber/tar-like smell. When I reported this to the front desk, maintenance sprayed my room and cleaned out the HVAC unit for over 30 minutes to mask the strong odor. While I was not thrilled and also had a clogged sink, I was patient and hoped these were one offs. However, the next morning when changing the toilet paper roll I found a bodily-like stain on the toilet paper roll which made me dry heave for a half an hour. I immediately reported this to the front desk who shared in my horror. Despite requesting my money back, my request was denied by the regional manager who did not even speak with me directly or look at the videos and photos I had. I was told this was just rust and it was not a big deal which I heavily dispute. The next morning I also found so many stains on the furniture. My room conditions were deplorable.

It was OK, but the free breakfast was very limited. The tap water in the area was not so good. My main issue was my room lock was not opening most of the time. The staff on duty made a great effort to fix the problem but it remained for the two days I was there.

Booked a room at 1 pm, check in starts at 4 pm. When we arrived around 4:15, we were told our room wasn't ready so we took a seat on the couch. After about half an hour we asked again when our room would be ready and were told they hadn't even started cleaning and it would be another hour. We asked if there was any other room we could get in to and they seemed hesitant to do it since we booked with a third party but eventually they put us in another room.

Fine- no problems

The room was clean which is most important to us. The pool was quite small. The listing said a game room/arcade which was inaccurate. The breakfast was minimal- Apple, yogurt, cereal, waffle, milk, juice, coffee, tea.

Overpricedfalsely advertised WiFi and breakfast

Front desk staff was friendly and sympathetic but could not resolve the issues during our stay. WiFi did not work and apparently had not worked for about a week. Hotel staff called manager who said they didn’t know what to do about the WiFi not working. Breakfast was substandard- 2 waffle makers without all the supplies so the waffles burned and got stuck in the machine, apples, juice, yogurt, Froot Loops and Raisin Bran were the only items served.

Room card system has problems and needs fixing

Stay was generally OK but had major problems with the room card. The card failed 4 times and I had to go to the front desk to get a new card. This was very frustrating and I had to spent much time getting into my room. Breakfast was not good and was extremely limited. I would not stay here again until the hotel improves and fixes their room card system.

It was a clean budget friendly hotel. Nothing special but was very clean. The pool was extremely small and did need a good clean -had an algae tinge to water. Breakfast was very lacking. No toast, muffins or bagels of any sort -only waffle mix. Beds were very comfortable.

Good but not great.

The location was great as I was going to the National Park. It was an easy drive to the visitor center. The air conditioner was noisy. I was glad to have brought my earplugs. The room was otherwise OK. The breakfast was not much as there was only one flavor of yogurt, 2 types of cold cereal, and waffles. There was juice and coffee and tea. There was a clean lobby to wait in as the room wasn’t ready when we arrived. The lady at the front desk was pleasant and helpful.
