Very clean, friendly staff

Staff were great, very friendly. The hotel seems pretty new, rooms are clean. Our fan kept going off and on through the night and it was quite loud but otherwise fine. We’ll make a point to select hotels with free breakfast, this one was good but limited options, and high sugar. It was either cereal or waffles, with yogurt and apples. There were no higher protein options like egg or sausage/bacon.

The power went out in the morning, and we had to check out without a shower or breakfast. The hotel was not bothered, and didn’t offer any refund, compensation or anything.

The staff and room were great. The breakfast options were pathetic, so we went elsewhere. We chose this place because they said they had breakfast. Technically they do, but there were so few options for my gluten-free wife.

Very Clean

We came to the area to visit the caves. We had a pleasant experience. The staff could be a little more friendly, but they were very helpful. Rooms seemed to have an extra quality of cleanliness.
