I reserved a mobility accessible room, and paid for it when booking online. The room was given away before my arrival. I had to climb stairs to get to the room given me, had a bathroom so small that you could hardly turn around in it, a low toilet, and no grab bars. The staff checking me in seemed concerned and stated that they would investigate what had happened since they claimed they had no record of the request for the mobility accessible room, even though the paper work that I presented to them clearly states it was to be an accessible room. They took a copy of the paperwork and said I would hear back from them yet that evening. I heard nothing. The check out staff the following morning demonstrated a poor attitude when I told them of the situation.
