Enjoy fishing? Walk down to the pier where you can pick up bait and enjoy fishing at the end of the pier! This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is located on the 2nd floor that leads to a balcony and steps away from the shared heated pool. When walking into the property you will immediately feel the vibe of a comfy beach vacation that you are soon to enjoy. The home offers an open space that blends functionality with relaxation as you can cook all the meals you enjoy at home on the new stainless-steel appliances while still catching your favorite shows on the Smart TV, once you are done cooking you can kick back and relax on the couch without missing a beat. A community grill is also available on the pool deck for your use as well as shared coin-operated laundry facility.

The bedrooms are just past the kitchen and offers a King-sized bed, Smart TV, and in bedroom 2 offers a Queen-sized bed, Smart TV and both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower/tub combo. Additional sleeping is offered in the living room with a sleeper sofa available for use. From inside the unit you will also have direct access to a balcony that overlooks the shared pool space. This pool space, while shared, is still very private as it is only accessible to guests staying in the building, totaling only 5 units counting this one!

*Community Pool is Heated in the Winter Months.
*Pool heater is locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
