Bring the whole family to our completely renovated 5 bedroom 4 bathroom home with pool house! Perfect for large groups with two kitchens, four bathrooms, and pool with screened in outdoor space. Pool heating is available for an additional fee.

Just minutes to the beach and IMG Academy, our home features an open
floor plan with the main house having 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
The 5th bedroom is located in the pool house studio which includes a full kitchen, full bathroom, and full size bed.

This place was very clean and maintained. We had a couple of small things that we notified to the property manager (Christina) immediately answered via text and email. This property is in a very friendly neighborhood and it’s close to shopping and eating places.

Great Stay in So Many Ways

Home was perfect. The 5 bedrooms fit our 11 person family just right even with small kids. So spacious that it allowed us to have adult conversations inside while kids played out in the pool. Pool was incredible and sitting area tied into the kitchen worked great. 4 bathrooms / showers/tub allowed for easy clean up after heading to the beautiful public beach that was only 15 minutes away. Ended out stay at Pier 22 for a nice dinner on the water. It was only 5-10 minutes away and the food was great. Communication with the owner was incredible. If I had a question they had an answer to me really quickly. The whole experience was great due to a great house and great location.

Great family time!

There were 6 of us ranging 7 to 89 yr. The pool was very clean and excellent for swimming. House nicely located to get to the beaches. Bedrooms accommodated all of us. Just FYI, the larger bed in the kids room is not meant for an adult.

Great Option in Great Area

We used the property for a weekend event our group was attending. Property ticked every box and was exactly as described.The property had unfortunately sustained some damage to its outdoor screen during some recent storms but we were made fully aware and it did not affect the stay at all.Communications with the property owners were clear, precise and timely. No issues at all on our end.It was a good distance from coffee shops and stores. The location of our event and the beaches were all easily accessible.

Family Time by the beach

Home was the perfect size for our family. It’s been newly renovated and looks great. The yard does need some TLC. The pool was in need of cleaning due to storms and the owners had someone out to clean the pool within a few hours.

Weekend Sports Trip

We had an absolute AMAZING time at this house. We stayed with a couple friends for a sports tournament. The house was very clean and had every amenity you could ask for! Julie and Dominic responded immediately to our questions before arrival and during our stay as well. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out and the pool was an extra added bonus that we all enjoyed. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect! Feels like home.

Wow! This house was perfect! We hosted Christmas and New Years for our 8 family members. The kids loved the pool! Everyone had their own rooms which were very spacious. It truly felt like home. Very close to the beach, stores, parks, and pretty much anything you need!

Lax tournament

We were in town for a lax tournament and this house worked perfect for our group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. Clean and nicely decorated. Very close to the IMG campus and beaches. Owners were very responsive to questions and had great recommendations on things to do in the area.

Best Family Vacation Home!

If you are looking for a large family vacation home, with many beds, spacious rooms, a huge yard, large pool, comfortable beds, beach chairs and toys for the kids and a short distance from the beach, this is the place to stay! Fabulous, spacious and well appointed home for the family

We celebrated my sister's 50th birthday and the home was very spacious and clean with a very large pool for the whole family with kids. Kitchen was well appointed. Lots of extras. He wouldn't normally expect in a home, including an abundance of pool toys, towels, and tons of storage. There was an issue with the air conditioning when we arrived. However, the hosts were able to get an AC person out very quickly and we did not have any other issues. Great location, close to beaches, shops, and stores.
