Designed with families and groups in mind, The Bradenton Oasis comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms.
Sleeping arrangements include:
• Primary King Suite with ensuite bathroom and dedicated workspace
• Two Queen Bedrooms
• Bunk Room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds
• Queen sleeper sofa in the living room
The two full bathrooms are stocked with essentials to help you settle in comfortably, including towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and family-friendly touches such as a baby bath.

Relax in the screened-in private pool, complete with lounge chairs and pool toys. Pool heat is included with your stay at no additional charge and is set to maintain approximately 85°F. (Pool temperatures may vary during periods of unusually cool weather.)

Guest access
Guests have full access to the home, pool, yard, and all amenities, except locked owner’s closets.
Self-check-in is available. Host does not live on-site.
You will see our pool service on the property 2x/week, our lawncare 1x/week, and pest control quarterly.
Other things to note
Prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
For liability and insurance purposes, the primary booking guest must be 21+ and present during the stay.

No pets allowed
No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property
No parties or events – family getaways only
Security cameras on driveway & doorbell (recording 24/7)
Minut device (detects smoke and excessive noise) located indoors
We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance as it provides peace of mind and financial protection in case unexpected events occur. Unfortunately, we do not process refunds outside of the cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding.
