Do you offer early check-in or late check-outs?
- No. Our home is in high demand! We use this precious little time we have to prepare the home following the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, as well as to complete any maintenance tasks so your stay is uninterrupted. If additional time is important to you, we recommend booking an additional night for your stay.
Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures?
- No, unfortunately, we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time.
Is the home suitable for children?
- Our home is great fun for children of all ages. We do offer a pack-n-play, kids' dinnerware, and life jackets.
How far is it to the beach?
-We have 5 great beaches within driving distance. They range from 6-15 miles away.
Cortez Beach/Bradenton Beach 8 miles - Beach House Waterfront Restaurant
Coquina Beach 9 miles - Long public swimming beach featuring picnic tables, cabanas & play areas, plus a casual cafe.
Mantee Public & Holmes Beach 6 miles - Park featuring a beach, a playground, picnic tables, grills, bike racks, restrooms, showers & more.
Bean Point Beach 10 miles - Peaceful locale known for its wide sandy beach, tranquil waters & stunning sunset views.

Can I walk to the beach?
-That depends on how far you have to walk :) 99.9% take a car. There are public places to park and a FREE trolley that drives up and down the coast to be able to check out multiple areas.
Do you offer a cleaning service?
- Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis for an added cost. Just ask us!
Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. While we would love to host whoever you are booking for, we do need them to book for themselves with their own VRBO account. You can potentially earn travel credit by referring someone to book their first reservation with VRBO. Go to Account Settings and click on Invite Friends for more details.
Traveling for a Business Trip?
- For business trips or if you book travel for your company, VRBO allows designated bookers at companies enrolled in VRBO for Work to book trips on behalf of others.
SAFETY @ the Pool
*Always have someone 18 and up on Lifeguard Duty and in charge of keeping track of all swimmers.
*Communicate with others the ability of all the swimmers present.
*NO DIVING - the pool has a deeper end, but NOT DEEP ENOUGH FOR DIVING
*Keep doors facing the pool locked at all times.
*Use the life jackets provided as needed. Please let us know if you have a need for larger sizes or want to be sure we do have them available for your trip.
*Use the child gates provided if you have a wandering little one and often have doors left open.

- Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful
Garbage days are Monday and Thursday - Recycling is Thursday. Please put it all into the garbage & and recycling into the cans. My team will bring cans down to the street prior to pick up. We ask that you bring the empty cans back up.
- Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should. We strive to keep the property in 5 STAR conditions.
- Please check propane levels when you arrive. There is a spare tank for you to use; if you use the spare, please let us know so we can fill it after you checkout. We will gladly reimburse you if you have to run and swap the tanks.
