TÀmÀ tilava 2 BR: n jaettu pohjaratkaisu sijaitsee erittÀin toivotulla Village Green -alueella. Remontit valmistuivat helmikuun puolivÀlissÀ 2020. Uusintakuvia saatavilla. Uusi laminaattilattia, ruostumattomat laitteet, puukaapit, graniittilevyt, LED-valaistus ja paljon muuta! TÀmÀ istuu ylisuurilla nurkka-alueilla. Tule nauttimaan kodin kaikista mukavuuksista. Miksi yöpyÀ hotellissa, kun voit yöpyÀ tÀssÀ tÀysin kalustetussa 2 BR: ssÀ, jossa on ulosvedettÀvÀ sohva. Master-sviitissÀ on tilava suihkukaappi, parisÀnky, uusi turhamaisuus ja graniittikatto sekÀ vaatehuone. Vierashuoneessa on queen-vuode. VedÀ olohuoneessa oleva sohva.
Tulet hÀmmÀstymÀÀn kaikista aktiviteeteista, jotka ovat lÀhellÀ. Sokerihiekkarannat Anna Marian saarella, kÀvely, pyörÀily ja kajakki Robinsonin suojelualueen, Desoto Nationalin, Palma Solan kasvitieteellisen puutarhan kautta. Publix, poliklinikka. Cockroaches!

This modest house was full of cockroaches! There were no screens on the windows and one was left open- not safe and lets in insects. It was not well-cleaned, floors were sticky. The laundry machines did not function properly. A window blind was broken when we arrived. Now the owner is trying to collect damages from me! We were all middle age women, and were barely at the house. This seems like a scam situation- Beware!

Bradenton get a away

The home was everything we needed, close to the attractions , restaurants ,grocers, and great neighborhood. Whether walking or jogging it was spacious and safe. The Host always helpful as needed. Perhaps in your advertising it might be helpful to list some of the attractions, popular beaches, city items, etc
 Only thing bothersome , as in other Florida locations, is traffic.

Nice place.

Property was well maintained. Only 1 of 4 TV's seemed to work, but we didn't watch much anyway. Slow shower drain in master bath. Small ants in master bath. Supplied blender seems to be missing some gaskets...pretty messy! Overall nice place, great location for us.

Not what was expected, Not even the correct house listing!

First off, not sure if this VRBO host is doing this to everyone but he switched the property to another one last minute on us only a few days before traveling down to the Tampa area. I did request some info and pictures to see if I wanted to switch, it seemed better but still a little iffy. Anyways I took the chance and moved along with just staying there for the week. In the photos we saw before traveling there, the place seemed quite clean and there was a pool so I was very excited. When we arrived all I had gotten for check-in stuff was a code and there was nothing else. Now that is okay, but usually, there is a binder or even just a simple note telling you what the host expects and has for you to use while there and what to do for check-out. While staying there I made a list of things that just really affected my stay and being a new out of college grad, I choose to stay because it would have doubled the cost of my trip to leave and rebook another VRBO. So fair warning if you wanna stay at this property this is what to expect. - The Pool is not ready to use at all, it is not chlorinated nor heated. So expect the water to be around 40-50 degrees the whole stay. - House floor was quite dirty upon arrival, sand was all over the floor. We came straight from the airport so us dragging in the sand was not a possibility, so it was odd to feel grains of sand on my feet after walking around the house a bit. - We had to clean the toilet before using it since there were pee marks on the toilet seat. - Lights are dim throughout the kitchen and living room so don't expect much light when it is closer to nighttime as they don't help much. - Beds are way too soft, and I mean to the point of sinking into the mattress when you sit or lay onto the bed. - The twins room linens are used and have many stains all over them. - The hot water takes at least 5 mins to heat up and does not last long. Maybe a ten min. shower tops. Even when washing the dishes I could not get hot water for very long. - The bed is broken in the master suite, we had to fix the bed several times throughout our stay just to make it not break on us. - Only three garbage bags and 2 dishwasher tablets. When you though are cooking and having to clean everything just to make ends meet to make a meal, this gets frustrating. - The soap for each sink was also watered down. I love staying at other people's properties and such, but this new one is a flop, wouldn't go back.

Enjoyed our stay there. Had a cable issue with tv. Had to buy a free trial with Hulu to watch certain sports channels though. Good neighborhood and quiet.

An okay place to stay

Pros: The house is in a very nice, quite neighborhood. The property owner was very responsive. The house was surfaced cleaned (although I am very hard to please on cleanliness. For example the top of the fridge was caked in dust, small remnants of pet hair under the beds, and a small toy in the window from a previous guest. Cons: The lawn was not mowed or manicured; lacked curb appeal. Living/dining furniture was very outdated and uncomfortable. The grill was unfunctional and disgusting. Kitchen sink had low water pressure and hard to get the facet to work. Not many toiletries provide. Couldn't figure out cable. The smart tv was still logged under a previous guest and was in Spanish. The master bedrooms bed frame was broke. Dish soap was dilated with water. Had to ask for access after the 4 pm check in as it was not emailed or loaded in my VRBO app. I took the trash to the curb for pick up as it was full. Hall bath toilet ran for a long time after flushing. Would be nice to have a garage code/key remote to get in that way. Wouldn't recommend for small kids with the split floor plan. Smelled like dog urine in spots. I probably wouldn't stay here again, but it's not a terrible place to stay.

House

When we came it was very clean. And we love the fact there is a yard for our two big dogs. Gordon was always very nice and when we had a hard time to get into the house he got back with me right away. Thank you.

Hospitable Village Green

Pros: 1. Gordon is a very responsive host. He will accommodate any reasonable request within very few hours. 2. The king mattress in the master bedroom is comfortable and it provides a good rest. We spent 4 nights. 3. The kitchen has an industrial sink with a garbage disposal, which made it easy to prewash and rinse anything. The dishwasher is quiet, and it has an express cycle for less than dirty dishes. Could be better maintained by using a Finish cleaner though - FL has very hard water that stains. 4. The three TVs are smart, Samsung and Roku make it easy to connect to Netflix, Prime, or whatever else you like watching. There is reliable internet, with a very intricate password on the side of the router. Screen time is however not why we travel to Florida. 5. Plenty of chairs could easily accommodate 4 people. There were only 2 of us, which made everything seem even more spacious. 6. Check the weather before you book. We had warm, breezy, beautiful sunny days in December. Yet sometimes, it rains. 7. Village Green, where the house is located, is a very peaceful and well maintained neighborhood. Easy parking, wildlife abounds (birds, lizards, squirrels etc) Cons: 1. The sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable. Pillowy, microfiber covered, very magnetic to pet hair from previous use. We had a lint roller with us and we used it a lot. 2. Quite the opposite to the very nice and clean house, the Weber gas grill was filthy and disgusting, my husband wouldn’t go anywhere near it. We finally found the grill scraper in the garage on the last morning, on our way out. Given that we had planned to grill... some fresh fish had to be thrown out unfortunately. We ate out. 3. Some of the many towels still seemed dirty after being washed. Perhaps future guests could use something other than white towels on their pets. We were provided with fresh towels upon request. All in all, we had a wonderful time in a safe environment during the crazy coronavirus pandemic. Would not hesitate to return!
