Policies & Additional Information
1. Pet Policy: This property is not pet-friendly. If evidence of an unauthorized pet is found, guests will be asked to remove the animal immediately and will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal from the home.
2. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or around the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $200 per day fee.
3. Security Cameras: For your safety, the home is equipped with an exterior security camera that records 24/7. There are no interior cameras.
4. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these times.
5. Pool Heat: The pool is heated from November 20th through April 1st at no additional charge. Requests for pool heat outside these dates will be reviewed individually and may incur an additional fee.
6. Communication: We offer complimentary 24/7 guest communication to ensure your stay exceeds expectations. Our local team is always available to assist.
7. Checkout: There are no long checkout instructions. Simply enjoy your final morning before heading home.
