IMPORTANT POOL & SAFETY NOTICE
☀ Please Note: The backyard pool is NOT GATED. While we provide a child safety alarm device, it's essential to understand that proper use is required by the guests.
For the safety of all guests, especially children, we strongly recommend enabling the pool alarm system during your stay. The control panel is conveniently located indoors next to the backyard door. While the alarm should be temporarily disabled during SUPERVISED pool/backyard activities, please remember to reactivate it immediately after.
REQUIRED SAFETY PROTOCOLS
☀ Children MUST be supervised at ALL times in the backyard area
☀ Extra vigilance required around pool and fire pit.
GYM SAFETY
☀ Use equipment at your own risk and please return weights and equipment to their designated spots after use.
☀ The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries sustained while using the gym equipment. Please exercise within your fitness level and capabilities.
Fire Pit
☀ TURN OFF the Fire Pit after each use. Please wait for it to cool down before covering the Fire Pit.
☀ NO S'mores making or any other cooking at fire pit.
During your stay, you may occasionally see our authorized pool maintenance (Tuesdays and Fridays), trash/recycling collection (Tuesdays and Fridays) or pest control service providers briefly accessing the property to perform routine maintenance.
Guests are to dispose trash and recycle in the allocated trash/recycle bins during their stay and at the time of departure. All trash must be secured in plastic bags provided and disposed of in the designated bins. Recycle items can be disposed of in blue recycle bin**.
Trash/Recycle bins are located OUTSIDE OF THE GARAGE, ON SIDE OF THE HOUSE.
Cancellation Policy:
For your protection, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your vacation investment against unexpected events. Please understand that refunds CANNOT be processed outside the cancellation policy.
