You’re just steps away from shopping, dining and exciting nightlife on Breck’s Historic Main Street. This ultra-cool unit is located just behind La Cima Mall, less than one block from the ski shuttle and just a five-minute walk from the Quicksilver Chair. You won’t find a more fun location for your group!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is an ideal setup for groups of up to four. The remodeled interior is breathtaking, and so are the views of from your private balcony! After a long day on the slopes, snuggle up on the sofa in front of the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and a dining table that seats four for breakfast, snacks or even a nice dinner if should you decide to stay in instead of exploring Breck’s vibrant restaurant scene.

Other amenities include: a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two vehicles. As with all SMR properties, this home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and stocked with fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries. This unit was in a fabulous location. We walked many miles through Breckenridge! The unit was equipped with all basic amenities and there was a great grocery store within walking distance. The decor and comfort of the great room/kitchen was nice. The bedroom could use some updating but the bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. We appreciated the quick response to questions/concerns. We’d stay in this unit again.

This apartment is in a fantastic location, right off Main Street and within walking distance to the slopes. It’s close to all the bars, restaurants, cafés, and shops, making it super convenient. The apartment comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the extra toilet is a nice bonus. It’s well-lived-in but bright, spacious, and perfect for a week in Breckenridge. The rental company’s staff was very responsive and easy to communicate with via text. Would definitely stay here again!
