First of all, the hotel had no room ready when I arrived, but luckily a last-minute cancellation came in while I was at the check-in, so I finally got a room. The breakfast was very limited, with green over-boiled eggs and juice that was constantly empty. The rooms are about what you would expect, but the service was really poor and as you would expect for the number of stars the hotel claims to have.

Wir haben über Pfingsten vier Tage in Bremen verbracht und in diesem sehr empfehlenswerten Hotel gewohnt. Wir hatten ein geräumiges, sehr sauberes Dreibettzimmer mit vielen Kissen, was ich persönlich sehr schätze, und großem Bad, in dem wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt haben. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich. Das Hotel bietet Zimmerservice nur auf Anfrage, die haben wir auch gestellt und das hat problemlos geklappt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich und lecker. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich den Kaffee, der war echt gut! Alles in Allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.

Die Oberflächen der Ablagen im Bad und vom Tisch im Zimmer waren noch vom Vornutzer etwas verdreckt/nicht sauber abgewischt worden, so dass ich dort nicht gern etwas ablegen mochte. Ansonsten war das Bad neu und modern eingerichtet und ansonsten auch sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es war einfach wunderbar, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Dies war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt im selben Hotel.
