There was no restaurant available,this time -not informed beforehand.Also no bar/lounge available,meant forced to go out and find somewhere to spend the eve-after a long journey a little disappointing. Room was 'tired' and shower in the bath only.

I booked a comfort plus room with a breakfast. I changed the room to be just comfort, received a partial refund for this. At the checkin I found out that I had no breakfast anymore! Turns out it was silently cancelled when I changed the room, and I was not notified or refunded for it. Unfortunate. Facilities are good, except for the clog in the sink that you need to take out to let the water flow

Das Frühstück sollte besser organisiert werden. Man kam mit dem Nachfüllen des Buffets nicht nach. Die Kaffeemaschine war mit der Zubereitung überfordert, entweder fehlten Wasser oder Kaffeebohnen. Obwohl um 11:00Uhr Check out war, wurde unser Zimmer vorher gereinigt und unsere privaten Sachen in einem Beutel an der Rezeption hinterlegt. Bei der Zimmerschlüssel Übergabe wurde auf unsere Beanstandung bezüglich dieses Vorgangs nicht reagiert.

Fantastisk hotel. Største morgenbuffet jeg har set længe. Virkelig flot hotel og fine værelser. Eneste lille minus var at baren ikke var åben den søndag aften vi tjekkede ind. Vi kunne godt have brugt en godnat drink :-) Men ellers fremragende! Vi kommer igen.
