Great location for the Texas Renaissance Festival. A very nice and modern building. Continental breakfast was very basic, but still complementary. Room was bigger than expected for the basic two queen beds. TV came with DIRECTV, which was great to catch any games. Room service was a little questionable. We found items that didn't belong to us on the floor and on the second day our shower curtain was missing. But we did request next day room service and they took care of the room. Would recommend.

The internet didn’t work. We had to use hotspots off our phones. The ice machine was on the first floor. We were on the fourth. The eggs weren’t edible. There was no milk or decaf coffee.

This hotel lacked basic hospitality. We were not greeted by someone until we were about to ring the bell that was almost hidden on the counter. When we got to the room it smelled as though it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous visitors, who clearly had a dog. We had to go get the additional bedding for the sleeper sofa even though we provided the information of have more than 2 people with us. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom. The A/C regardless of setting only managed to blow air and not cool the room. Lastly the able to the tv seemed to have a kink or short and couldn’t maintain connection and had to be physically moved multiple times to have connection.

we did not stay there on Tue Oct 14, Hotel.com website put that date in from their app. and would not allow a change. I rebooked directly with Comfort Inn. I shall never use hotels.com and I will advise everyone I know nor to use it.
