Our room was not cleaned properly when we first arrived. The toilet seat was nasty and had feces on top and under the toilet seat. My husband went to tell the front desk about it and she gave him a rag and bottle of cleaner to clean it himself. There was smeared blood or snot or something gross on the wall near the bed. When he went back to let the girl know, she was apologetic and moved us rooms. It wasnt her fault. My husband emailed the pictures of the filth to the hotel. Upon checkout, the lady who i believe was the manager or a higher up tried to justify everything we complained about instead of being sympathetic or apologizing. She was condescending and unhelpful. Very very disappointed in our stay this weekend. Would not recommend.

Super Clean!

Exceptional stay! Super clean, fresh, and clean smell and the room was comfortable. Even allowed us a late check out late! We are staying here again in May, booked during checkout.

We were in Waller for a football tournament. This property was within minutes of the stadium. Staff was very friendly and professional. We did have a small issue with our reservation but it was handled very satisfactorily by the property manager. Continental breakfast was ok but would have liked a larger assortment of options. Not a deal breaker and would stay again.

Great property. Staff very helpful. Our vehicle and two other vehicles were broken into over night. Police were patrolling the area and saw our vehciles. Staff was accommodating and let ua stay in the lobby while our vehicle was getting windows replaced

Recommend great sleep

Very clean, comfy bed & pillows, pet friendly, shower was awesome, very roomy in the bathroom. Only thing I didn't like was the breakfast.

Excellent Property

We were there for a college visit to Prairie View A&M. The room was very clean, the receptionist was professional and knowledgeable about how to get to the university. Everything was excellent we will be staying again on our next visit to Texas.
