Room clean, beds very comfortable. We’ve stayed in other Ibis hotels that were nicely decorated. This one has no decor at all. Dining room chaotic but food food enough. Shuttle service was excellent after an initial mishap with the desk.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my daughter. From the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. They really went out of their way to look after us which made our stay feel extra special. The room was outstanding spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained. As a lovely surprise they even offered my daughter and me a complimentary room upgrade free of charge when we checked in which we truly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team at IBIS Brisbane hotel for such a positive and welcoming experience. We felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking to stay in Brisbane and walking distance to the airport great location!

We booked a standard queen but was given accessibility room and as we have never needed one I was shocked at the overall cleanliness and decor!! I have worked in aged care for 15+ years and in all honesty it wasn’t very accessible or appealing surely in this day and age we can have both . As we arrived very late 10 pm and left at 4 am I did not have the strength to change rooms however feel strongly enough to give my feedback.

I had a very good stay at the ibis Brisbane Airport Hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful from check-in through to departure, which made the whole experience easy and welcoming. My room showed a little wear, but it was clean and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable with decent quality sheets that made for a great night’s sleep. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the hotel was considering its airport location—there was very little noise, and it felt relaxed and restful. The only minor downside was that the walk from the terminal was a bit confusing, and better signage would help first-time guests find their way more easily. Overall, though, it’s a convenient and comfortable option for anyone needing to stay close to Brisbane Airport, and I would happily stay here again.
