Right on the airport and walkable to the domestic terminal. We stayed here as we had an early start for our international flight. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. A big bed, good shower, tea and coffee etc. perfect for our needs and the staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was okay and reasonably priced. Perfect for the convenience needed. We parked onsite and drove to the international terminal 5 mins away

Good for overnight stay

Great for an overnight stay between flights or car hire. Only a short walk to the Domestic Terminal and bus and car hire pickups (use the free shuttle from the International Terminal). Good on-site restaurant and bar.

Not happy about being over charged

The hotel is convenient to the airport +++ the room and bed comfortable price was ok my only problem was that I was charged for the room on top of all ready paying through hotels.com not happy then a deposit was also held on leaving the hotel my deposit was returned but the over charged amount has still not been deposited back in my account after several phone calls I was guaranteed that the over charging would be returned to me in about 2 weeks it’s now 2 weeks and I still don’t see the money Not Happy Hotels.com

Efficient, clean and friendly

Excellent customer service. Convenient to car rental drop off (walkable) and domestic terminal. Air con issue couldn't be resolved quickly so they moved me to the room across the hall without delay. Would definitely stay again on my next trip to Brisbane.
