The only problem was the bathroom, where the shower door kept hitting the towel rack as it opened and closed. The floor also tended to flood after the 3 of us had showers in the morning, meaning we were using towels to mop up water and then hang them so they would dry. Other than that, the staff were great, and the pool/spa area has a nice view of Southbank. The bed sizes were decent, and everything was nice and tidy upon arrival

Our room was clean and was renovated and the kitchen was great. The furniture was a little old and tired though and the view overlooking the balcony was terrible. It was our first family holiday with the kids so we’re after something a little more special (& similar to the pics!). It overlooked a dirty construction site and old building fan and infrastructures. The staff were wonderful though and very accommodating and moved us to a brand new property on a penthouse floor at Queens Wharf residences which was great! Really appreciate how wonderful the staff were - excellent service!

The place was clean, close to most attractions in Brisbane, and the bed was a bit hard, but overall, it was worth considering. I didn't view the pool area, so I can't comment on the pool.

Overall the location is very good and with a great view. The apartment that I was allocated was not very clean at all. Stains on the carpets that were not very appealing, stains on the bathroom floor that appeared to be dried blood. I only stayed for two nights on a stopover trip so no complaint at the time. Recommend the location but the apartments themselves are dated and in need of some care and attention. Check in was easy and smooth so overall a 3 *.

Great location but unsure if it was just our room or the entire complex, but our room was extremely sparsely furnished, the air con was hot cold hot cold, the patio door wouldn’t unlock, the bedroom ceiling light was broken and the pillows were dreadful. The pool area was unsightly which was a real shame because it had a great view. Very average. I won’t be back.
