The front desk person was taking a break when I arrived, so I had to wait several minutes to check in. The property is in OK condition, but not great. The bathroom is small and there's no shelf or counter top to put toiletries. There is a standard free breakfast. The hotel is right off Rt 95, so is very convenient for travelers.

Dirty towels on back of bathroom door from previous guests. Nasty looking stain on the bathroom wall over light switck. Didnt use coffeemaker because it was dirty. We did not feel comfortable because we were wondering how good the beds were cleaned since other stuff was dirty. It was our first stay at a Microtel. Also the last.

Hotel and room was clean. The exhaust fan in the bathroom screeched very loudly. The air conditioner worked but also needed to be serviced because of the ridiculous amount of noise it made. There was no way for us to sleep with the unit turned on. The WiFi only worked intermittently and very slowly. Breakfast eggs and sausage patties were very cold at 630am.

check in process was super easy and staff was very polite! our room was very dirty.. looked like it wasn’t cleaned before we checked in just the bed was made. carpets were not vacuumed, dirty and trash pushed into “out of sight places”, sheets were dirty with brown stains on them, and the bathroom looked like it was never cleaned, past guest hair on the floor, black stuff in the sink and the shower had stains and more hair too. overall stay was okay, just felt very dirty.
