"Blue House" – Stylish Holiday and Seminar Home with Large Garden

Welcome to the Blue House in Buchloe, the gateway to the Allgäu! This stylish, light-filled holiday and seminar home offers 200 m² of space for up to 6 guests. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and spacious living areas, it is ideal for families, friends, business travelers, or workation and seminar groups (alternatively up to 10 guests with mattress accommodation).



Families will find a baby cot, high chair, toys, and books. The fully equipped kitchen features a coffee machine with fresh beans for your welcome coffee.



Amenities include Wi-Fi, a workspace for home office and conferences, washing machine, dryer, and a modern heating and ventilation system with heat recovery. Step-free access and self check-in provide extra convenience.



The private garden with mature trees invites you to relax. The covered terrace is perfect for shared meals and cozy evenings, while children can play and explore freely.



Four parking spaces and additional public parking are available directly at the house. A bike storage room is provided.



The Blue House is the perfect base for trips to the Allgäu, as well as to Kaufbeuren, Landsberg am Lech, Füssen, Kempten, Memmingen, Augsburg, and Munich. Lakes and mountains offer countless opportunities for hiking, cycling, and relaxation in every season.



Beauty, wellness, and health treatments can be arranged in the house upon request for an extra charge. The hosts live nearby and are happy to assist you. Events are possible upon prior arrangement. Quiet hours in the garden start at 10 pm.



Please treat the Blue House with care and report any damages directly. On departure, please empty the fridge and freezer and leave the house swept clean.
