Accommodating staff. Breakfast was ok overall (especially if you like bacon!), but became monotonous after 3 days. Great location. Near metro, lots of dining options. Had to set AC way down to move the needle-and this was May. Staff was conversant in English.

This hotel has a convenient location in the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was noisy with lots of rowdy people partying on the street near the hotel.

Great hotel in good location.

The hotel is in a great location so you can walk around the city if you are young enough. Good hotel and kind staff. The only issue is the hot water is not stable so you get hot water for a moment and cold water for next moment and this is very annoying while taking a shower. Other than this overall is good!

We would like to respond/add to our review of Jan 15. Of course we realize that hotel rates vary based on dates/demand. However, the hotel was considerably vacant throughout our entire stay, as we were there after the holiday season ended in January. We were also able to verify the rate difference between the higher rate we paid at the desk and lower rates charged online on multiple websites and on multiple occasions, so this is something other guests need to be aware of.

This hotel has a very good/walkable location. The facility itself was fine - rooms were a bit small and dated, but clean and comfortable. The staff is hit or miss - some border dismissive but others - thanks to Gabriella, in particular - are very helpful. Important Note: we got sick and were unable to fly home as scheduled, so we needed to extend our stay. Given our condition, we simply went to the desk (twice) and they processed our request. Later, when we needed to extend one final time but were well enough to check rates online, we made an unpleasant discovery - the rates were were charged in person were considerably higher!
