It was a pleasure to stay for the first time at Palacio Paz Hotel! It is a renovated facility with very nice and clean rooms, and a beautiful restaurant with great atmosphere. Location is awesome in front of San Martin square, surrounded by elegant buildings, steps from the subway and famous Florida street. Staff is very cordial and professional, always trying to make you feel at home. Special mention deserves the team that works at the restaurant. Breakfast is always excellent!

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating to all our needs. Early check in and late check out. Excellent location! Right beside Palacio Paz and easy access to Centro, Recoleta and all the shopping districts. Courtyard rooms are small and not set up for lots of luggage. Though they literal brought a table at my request. As we were there during Carnival long weekend, there were no larger park view rooms available for upgrades. Unfortunately the restaurant that serves ‘included’ breakfast (which is a separate business) is pretty dysfunctional at keeping food supplies available during the morning rush. The kitchen and front of house need to be managed better. This sadly reflects poorly on the hotel itself. That was my only real complaint. Otherwise the hotel and our stay were great!

The rooms are clean but not too spacious. I like the rain shower in the bathroom. Lobby is small as well as the breakfast area. Their breakfast is good, they were able to provide is with a packed breakfast when we left early to go to our day trip. All the staff members are very friendly and very helpful. Location is great! It’s close to a bus stop, to metro station, next to an ice cream place, park and restaurants. Very convenient! Overall it’s a good hotel to stay for the price.

far from a 4 star hotel. the room reminded me NYC hotels, tiny little room, it was advertised as 140sq.ft. but it was only 90sq.ft, you could barely walk around the bed. Concierge is unreachable, there is no phone in the room, they tell to call them via whatsapp, but every time i tried, nobody answered. there is no closet for your clothes, just a free standing metal frame with wood shelvings. I asked for the typical foldable bag bench,(since i was staying for a night, didn't want to rearrange my bag) and there wasn't one, so i had to leave my bag open on the floor. Ac stopped working in the middle of the night. As I said, far from a 4 star hotel. BTW, surrounding area looks sketchy and unsafe at night.

Everything about my stay was excellent. Clean well-serviced room, lovely helpfull staff. The restaurant not only put on a great breakfast spread but also a delicious evening menu. Great value for money. Hope to return in the future.

Great staff, perfect location for walking the city, and breakfast was nice. The room could have used a bit of a better cleaning as I found blue contact lenses in the floor by the bathroom from a previous guest. The restaurant was great food and convenient. I would recommend this hotel and we would plan on staying there next time we visit.

AC took adjustment but worked fine. Room was basic but clean. Bathroom had a great walk-in shower. Breakfast buffet was adequate with selection of fruit, cheese and ham. Scrambled eggs were available on request and made to order.
