Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 200 m, supermarket, restaurant, café 500 m, bus stop 1 km, pebble beach 10 km, public bathing area 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 1 km, sports centre 10 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 500 m. Swimming pool for private use is a hot tub for 3 persons.
