Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus welches mit allen möglichen Dingen ausgestattet ist (Spiele, gestellten Handtüchern und Bettwäsche sogar Seife und Shampoo wird bereitgestellt). Die Kücheneinrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen, auch die kleine "Starthilfe" an Lebensmittel war sehr toll. Zur Übergabe des Hauses kamen die Vermieter persönlich, hier wurde das gesamte Haus gezeigt und alles erklärt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich , egal ob persönlich oder per Mail/WhatsApp. Wir kommen gern mal wieder und können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Everything is new. The owners did a fantastic job in renovation. The tile work put into the house is exceptional. The kitchen was complete with all the tools for cooking. The appliances were top notch. Lighting throughout the house was great. There is was Washer/Dryer with some soap available. It was very welcoming with some fresh fruit, coffee, meat, cheese, bread, etc. There was WIFI available and a Big Screen TV in the Living Room. A lot of attention to detail went into this house. It was a lovely, lovely home and very welcoming!!!I was there for work in the City, so the commute was more that I cared for. There is a driveway for one car. A second car needs to park on the street. Gaining entrance to the house from the driveway was around the back unless you had the garage door opener. The second bedroom is on the third floor and the second bath is on the second, so you has to traverse the creaky stairs if you needed to go in the middle of the night. They put in automatic night lights in the stairwell which was really nice.This house is ideally suited for couple or a family vacationing. I would seriously consider it for a Longer Term business stay. It has all the amenities and is close to a train station (I did not use) to make sightseeing excursions. I wish I had taken photos of the Kitchen, Bathrooms and all the tile work! The attention to detail is very impressive.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist rundum perfekt. Die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keinen Wunsch offen. Das Haus wurde von den Vermietern mit viel Liebe zum Detail aufwendig renoviert. Von den Küchengeräten über die Innenbeleuchtung und der Badezimmerausstattung bis zur Möblierung ist alles sehr hochwertig. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt und auf Fragen wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit reagiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft von Herzen.

topp renoviertes und sehr geräumiges Ferienhaus mit toller Terrasse und sehr sauber, sehr luxuriös eingerichtet, es liegt direkt am Waldrand, sehr zuvorkommende, grosszügige und freundliche Gastgeberin, welche gerne auf Fragen eingeht. Dieses Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne kommen wir ein anderes Mal wieder.

Schönes modernes Ferienhaus in direkter Lage zum Wald - gute Lage zwischen Nürnberg und Neumarkt

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser modernen Unterkunft!Sehr gute und nette Kommunikation mit der Gastgeber-Familie Bierl, die uns persönlich begrüßte und das Haus zeigte.Umfangreiche Ausstattung in prima Zustand:U.a. Gasgrill, moderne Küche, fürs Kind Reisebett und Hochstuhl, Waschmaschine, TrocknerLage:10min fußläufig zum S-Bahn-Halt Oberferrieden, von dort in ca 10min nach Neumarkt (Oberpf.) und ca 25 min nach Nürnberg HbfEinkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Rewe, Norma) mit diversen Bäckern in 12min mit Fahrrad oder Auto erreichbar.In 2min ist man im Wald mit Wegen zum Nordic Walken, Laufen, Spazieren gehen.Klare Buchungsempfehlung!

Wir verbrachten hier zwei wunderbare Tage. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße eines kleinen Ortsteils von Burgthann und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Hier haben die Vermieter viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt und bei der Einrichtung viel Geschmack bewiesen.Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet; es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt!Das große Bad wartet mit einer schönen Dusche und einer großen Badewanne auf.Wir wurden bei der Ankunft von Eva und ihrem Mann empfangen und bekamen eine Führung durch das Haus. Was für ein Unterschied zu den anonymen Schlüsselkästen, bei denen man keinerlei Kontakt zu den Vermietern hat!Wir haben hier jede Sekunde genossen und uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Es fehlt an absolut nichts und wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.Vielen Dank an Eva für den herzlichen Empfang, die liebevollen kleinen (und größeren) Willkommens-Grüße und den netten Kontakt!
