Located in a quiet neighborhood on South Toledo Bend Lake, this home is the perfect place to get away from it all.

You can relax on the spacious covered deck with a panoramic view of the lake and admire the sunrise and sunset as well as all the wildlife that make their homes on this lake.

This family-friendly, pet friendly home has beds to accommodate up to 10 people. There are two bedrooms with king-size beds, a bonus room with a queen-size bed, and a full-size bed plus a loft with a full-size bed. The loft is accessed with a ladder, which is perfect for older children. All linens are provided.

With an open floor plan, the living room, dining room, and kitchen all have great views of the lake.
The updated kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need, including dishes, utensils, cookware, blender, traditional coffee pot, kuerig, and toaster.
We provide paper towels and dish/dishwasher detergent.
If you prefer to grill outdoors, there is a charcoal grill provided. Be sure to bring your charcoal!

The dining room has a large table that seats ten, and there is a bar between the kitchen and dining room that seats three. There is plenty of room for everyone to dine together

There is a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided.

The bathroom is a Hollywood style bath or a bath and a half. There are two toilet rooms that both connect to the bath tub/shower room. One of the half baths is also connected to a king-size bedroom. Towels, toilet tissue, and hand soap are provided. You will need to bring your own toiletries.

The living room and both king-size bedrooms have large televisions with Directv.
This home has satellite internet through Hughesnet.

The spacious backyard has four hundred feet of waterfront. There is plenty of room for outdoor family activities like horseshoes and roasting marshmallows around the firepit.

There is a private dock from which many fish have been caught. There is a light for nighttime use and a place to dock your boat.

Be sure to bring your life jackets to go kayaking in the two kayaks that are provided.

It is three miles to the public boat launch. There is a place to dock your boat on the property throughout your stay.

The charm of South Toledo Bend Lake is it's literally "away from it all." The nearest major grocery store is 30 miles away, so it's always best to buy necessities before you come.
The Trading Post convenience store is 5 miles away and carries a limited amount of necessities as well as minnows and other fishing supplies.

As a guest of Indian Creek Villa-South Toledo Bend, TX Lakefront, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
