Shower was not cleaned properly, we could see old water and soap trails. Stains on towels, had a spider in our room. The water boiler was dirty and had to wash it multiple times.

Friendly staff. Booked last minute with reasonable rates even with BTS concert happening the night we stayed. Approximately 10 min walk to subway and 5 min walk to Haeundae Beach. Rooms were small, no view. Nice roof terrace with view obstructed by the many taller buildings. Would stay here again.
