Asked front counter at check in to confirm 4 breakfast buffets, was confirmed, buffet staff said the front desk made a mistake. Paid for additional 2 buffets, not worth charge.

We got the room with a staircase and a bed on top. The bed was a mattress on the floor and since it was high up, the AC did not reach therefore very uncomfortable. Slept 2 in a single bed the second night. The shower sprays all over the bathroom. There was enough space to open 3 suitcases which was nice. Good location, friendly staff. Great for the price!

Loved the conveniences of the hotel from the beach and the station. You literally have everything at your fingertips. Staff are friendly and helpful and for most of the staff, nothing is too much. Would have given 5 stars except the shower leaks and floods the bathroom which makes it a safety/slip hazard and also makes the bathroom unusable while the floor is still wet. Otherwise would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

It was very close to the attractions and beach. The hotel was clean and updated. The terrace was very nice and I would book again if I come to Busan. Overall, I had a good experience!
