A second living and dining room on this floor is equipped with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV, also opening onto the terrace. This level further includes 2 rooms each furnished with 1 double bed, as well as 1 additional room with 1 double bed and satellite TV. The main-floor kitchen is fully appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC and a combined bath, shower, and WC bathroom serve this floor.
