Your holiday villa near Calonge

Situated on the peaceful residential area Finca Verd, just a 5 minutes drive from the large sandy beaches of charming city Sant Antoni de Calonge this elegant and stylish villa could be an ideal accomodation for guests looking for relax, comfort and privacy. Surrounded by pine-trees forests this area is a small paradise for nature lovers, with an abundance of possibilities to practice mountain-biking, cycling and walking. Just a 200 meters away you will find a sport/recreation area with football, basketball, tennis court a Olympic swimming pool with a childs pool. You have free entrance to this area.

Villa Somni is modern, spacious detached villa (300m2) with private “ infinity” pool and beautiful garden. On the ground floor you can find large elegant living room with dining area, modern well-equipped kitchen ( including wine bar and steam oven) , 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. At the same level is the swimming pool with easy access from living room with sliding door. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Villa offers fantastic views over the green hills and Mediteranean sea.

Villa boasts air conditioning, heating, Internet Wifi and satellite TV. Outside terrace next to the swimming pool is the ideal place perfect place to relax or enjoy some al-fresco dining. Large swimming pool ( 54m2) has salt water chlorination that it is safer for the skin. You can park your car in the garage as well as on the plot of the villa ( up to 4 cars).

There are many games for children, Play Station II and 2 mountain bikes in the villa at  disposal for clients.
The surroundings of your villa

Costa Brava, with it's length of about 100 km, runs from Blanes to Port Bou near the French border. This makes the Costa Brava a very popular holiday destination for tourist who travel by car. In the South of the Costa Brava you will find the La Selva district, between the town of Blanes and Tossa de Mar. All Club Villamar villas are situated in this district. The Romans too knew that your days are best spend at the 'Rough Coast'. In the several fisherman villages you will find remains of this period, with the burrow of Tossa de Mar as a jewel on the crown. The kindness of the climate ( in winter the temperatures rarely drops below zero degrees and well is well above 30 degres in the summer), make it possible to enjoy this extraordinarily beautiful rugged coastline and the several sandy beaches year round. Together with the hearthwarming character of the local populace, the rich historical past, the lovely green hills and the varied exquisite kitchen makes the Costa Brava a holiday region which has a lot going for itself. Drawn by these riches, many famous artist have found serenity and peace at this Spanish part of coast.

Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.

Linens and towels are not included. This villa does offer the possibility to reserve bed linen (€15.00 per person) and towels (€7.50 per person). This must be paid in cash on arrival. Let us know if you want to take advantage of this.
