The property is distributed over two floors

Ground floor

On the ground floor there is an independent bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom

This bedroom has access from outside and is not internally connected to the rest of the house

Just outside the bedroom there is a smaller covered porch with seating, ideal as a relaxation area

First floor

On the first floor there is a bright living dining area with air conditioning and Smart TV

The kitchen is fully equipped, includes a dining area and has direct access to the terrace

The terrace is accessed directly from the kitchen and features an awning, outdoor furniture and views of the garden and the pool

On this floor there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom, and another with two single beds and a fan

There is also an additional full bathroom serving the twin bedroom and the common areas

Outdoor facilities

The outdoor area offers a fully fenced garden, ideal for guests travelling with pets

The private swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols

Next to the pool there is a shaded area with a stone table and seating

The house features a covered outdoor dining area with table, work counter, fridge and sink, ideal for outdoor meals

The barbecue is built in, uses charcoal and is located next to the porch area

The property also offers a boules court

There is air conditioning in the living room and in the double bedrooms and a fan in the bedroom with single beds

Private parking is available within the property for two cars
