The living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, featuring a digital television and air conditioning, and opens directly onto the patio and the swimming pool area, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining table, making it an ideal space for shared meals, and also benefits from a direct exit to the patio. The sleeping quarters consist of 3 bedrooms, each individually climate-controlled with air conditioning. 2 of the bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the third bedroom features a French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom is configured as a shower with WC, complemented by a separate WC, ensuring convenience for all guests.
