Rocamar Apartment Calpe

This was our 5th visit to Calpe so we knew about the great location. The rules to pool usage are very strict and not suitable for children and grandparents. Basically you can swim and then leave the pool area, no sunbathing on any furniture no inflatables in pool, no eating or drinking despite huge area to facilitate this without causing any problems. The accommodation is good despite being slightly old fashioned. On booking we are sure that a dishwasher was advertised but not available.

Geweldig uitzicht op zee en de boulevard. Bedden liggen heel goed. Kussen vonden we te hard maar kussentjes vd bank waren de oplossing. Enkele deurkrukken en een metalen rolgordijn hadden reparatie nodig en en servies zou netter kunnen. Verder erg naar de zin gehad prima plek te huren!

Situación y vistas al mar estupendas

Hemos estado 4 días y todo muy bien. Apartamento nuevo y muy limpio. Los colchones buenos y la terraza con unas vistas al mar espectaculares, se oyen las olas desde la cama. Muy buena situación en la playa de la fossa.

Fuimos tres personas y nos gustó mucho

En general todo bien: ubicación, amplitud, comodidad, menaje y electrodomésticos, mobiliario. Inconvenientes: garaje de difícil acceso, la puerta abatible no funciona y es necesario la ayuda de una o dos personas para sujetarla al entrar o salir. La terraza de una habitación no se podía abrir pero fue arreglada al día siguiente, así como el desagüe de un lavabo que se salía el agua al abrir el grifo. La limpieza en general deja un poco que desear: sartén con aceite en el horno, inodoro sucio...

Apartamento maravilloso

Esta muy bien situado, muy cerca de la playa, del paseo marítimo y de zonas de ocio. El apartamento es amplio, con dos terrazas muy grandes con unas vistas espectaculares , una cocina muy bien equipada no falta detalle, los baños muy bien con la griferia toda nueva, el salon amplio con un tv grande, dos sofas y una mesa grande y los dormitorios bien todis con sus armarios. Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa y volveria a repetir. Lo recomiendo.
