Slowly lower yourself into the cool and refreshing waters of your private pool with the stairs that descend into it. Feel the water lap against your skin as the sun beams down on you, and be transported to paradise as you relax in serenity.
Make the most of the charming covered seating area for a midday siesta, the perfect place to wind down and have a snooze in the Spanish heat. For those less inclined to stay in the shade, embrace the sun on the various loungers dotted about the terrace and work on your tan throughout your stay. Once you've had enough of the sun, head inside and feel revitalised after a walk down the air-conditioned hallways to the cool bedrooms, perfect to chill out when you're inside!
Find hours of entertainment throughout this massive villa. Organise a tournament on the table tennis and challenge all your friends and family to a game or two. Claim victory over each and every one of them to prove who the master is, before heading up to the balcony for an evening drink to refresh and cool off. Set in the sprawling suburbia of les Bassetes, you’re just a stone’s throw away from the vast ocean and beautiful beaches of the south east coast of Spain. Take a walk down to Cala La Calalga and relax on the sea shore, or take the journey all the way down to Penyal d’Ifac Natural Park to admire the breath taking sea views from the large limescale outcrops.

Please note, the first floor is only accessed externally. There is an external doorway, that leads to a separate hallway and entrance to the first floor.

Mobility statement - To access the villa Brisa y Mar there is an open path which is 280cm wide with one step. The front door has a width of 190cm whilst other access doors have a width of 190cm. The outside space fairly flat with ramps in the garden and around the pool. The pool itself has Roman step access. On entering the villa via kitchen door there are 4 steps and via the patio doors there are no steps. Inside the villa, the bedroom doors are 70cm wide and the bathroom doors on are 60cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first. The width of the door into the kitchen area is 67cm whilst the door into the lounge is 81cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
