Villa Estación, the first thing that you notice when you walk in this villa, is that you feel like you are in a comfortable home, your home, not a rental. It is a beautiful, relaxing home that will immediately put you at ease after a day of work or travel.



The home is perfectly set up for entertaining either inside or out, or just have a quiet relaxing day by the pool (can be heated on request, see condition below). No worries, the entire back yard is enclosed with a privacy fence.



The backyard is the place to relax is almost any season.  The patio sees sun from sunrise to sunset. There are 8 lounge chairs for use to lay out in the sun, or you can stay in the shade under the umbrellas. Spend the day on the laying out on the terras or swimming in the pool. Enjoy a delicious barbecue evening and then play a game of table tennis!



When you arrive at Villa Estación, you will find the open living, kitchen, and dining space. The living room features a large couch, television with TV Vlaanderen, free wifi, air conditioning and a view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Peñon de Ifach. Breakfast with all family members and/or friends at the spacious dining table suitable for 8 people! The well equipped kitchen is the best spot to prepare a delicious meal or grab a quick bite to eat before heading out the door. 



This home is perfect for extended family or larger group to minimize costs and maximize together time. There is a total of 4 bedrooms, each suitable for 2 people. 4 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The first two bedrooms are adjacent to the living room. With a bathroom in the hallway that is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also an extra guest toilet in the hallway. Once you take the stairs down. You come to the other two bedrooms, on this floor you will find a full bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.



In addition, Villa Estación has a washing machine so you don't have to take heavy suitcases with you, enough parking space on private property and an automatic gate that opens with remote control! Are you not planning to come by car? Do not panic! The train station is 2 minutes away. From here also buses go to the center of Calpe.

Please Note:

1: Smoking is NOT allowed in this villa.

2: One well-behaved small dog weighing up to 10 kg is allowed. For this, an additional amount of € 50.00 must be paid upon arrival.

3: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!

4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

5: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.



Important information:

The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 10th. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.
