The dwelling, distributed over several floors, stands out for its luminosity and welcoming atmosphere. On the main floor you will find a spacious living-dining room ideal for rest and enjoyment next to an open-plan kitchen with a bar, perfect for starting the day with a coffee. This level is completed with a guest toilet and a practical pantry equipped with a washing machine.
